Eligibility
The Soul Summer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Loftie Inc., their immediate families, and any affiliates or partners associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must make a purchase on byloftie.com. For every $1 spent, the entrant will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Giveaway. No minimum purchase is required.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their purchase within one (1) business day of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize
The prize includes:
- A private room for the winner and one guest at Soul Summer in the Hudson Valley (June 19th-22nd 2025)
- All on-site experiences and meals included
- Roundtrip travel for two within the U.S. (value not to exceed $1,000 total)
Total approximate retail value: $6,000. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Prize is non-transferable.
Travel Terms
Travel arrangements will be coordinated by Loftie. Flights or ground transportation will be booked based on the winner’s location. Winner and guest must be able to travel on the specified dates of the Soul Summer event. Inability to travel during the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Loftie, which are final. Loftie reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Loftie Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.
Privacy
